NY ULSTER — The Town of Ulster Planning Board approved site plan applications for two veterinary clinic conversions and recommended major commercial projects to the Town Board on April 14. Lake Katrine Animal Hospital will convert a restaurant and apartment at Lohmaier Lane, while Banister Animal Hospital will convert a medical office on Sawkill Road, each with conditions including landscaping upgrades and fee payments. The Board recommended the Sawkill Business Park's 8,000 and 27,500 square foot office and warehouse buildings for town approval, along with Kingston SS Partners' three-building self-storage expansion.
