NY ULSTER — The Planning Board approved a lot line adjustment transferring land on Railroad Avenue. The board voted 3-0 to transfer 0.222 acres between properties owned by Frank D Rittie and Mary Ann Rittie and Quarry Waters, LLC. The adjustment remains in compliance with the R-10 Residential Zoning District and requires the final plat to be filed with the County Clerk within 62 days.
The board also heard a presentation on a major subdivision from Zena Homes, which drew resident opposition regarding construction noise, forest fragmentation and wetland crossings, and deferred the application pending a site visit.
